Vegim Kraja is a seasoned attorney with nearly two decades of experience in commercial law, M&A, environmental law, and energy regulation. His expertise encompasses advising governmental bodies, international organizations, and private clients in Kosovo’s dynamic energy sector, covering regulatory compliance, transactional work, and policy development.
Vegim has held significant roles, such as Secretary of the Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration at the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Project Manager for the USAID-financed ADR project. His work includes advising on legislative alignment with the acquis communautaire, acting as a legal expert for the government on privatization projects, and contributing to energy efficiency initiatives funded by the World Bank and EBRD.
With a strong academic foundation, Vegim holds a Legal Science Degree and an LLM in International Public and Private Law from the University of Prishtina. He is proficient in Albanian, English, and Serbian and brings a strategic approach to resolving complex legal challenges, helping clients navigate the intricacies of business law.
